BEDFORD – Franklin Eugene Ollis, 74, Bedford, passed away at 3:47 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2007, at Bedford Regional Medical Center.
Born May 13, 1932, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Dewey Admiral and Ruby Belle (Beavers) Ollis. He married Edna Fay Freed February 21, 1957.
He had worked at Miscellaneous Iron and Steel and was a truck driver. He worked several years for a dear friend, Ben Brunner, at Brunner Eningeering.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 16, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Brother Fred King officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Monday at the funeral home.
