MITCHELL – Maxine D. (Morris) McPherson, 77, 1010 West Grissom Avenue, Mitchell, formerly of Noblesville, passed away at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2007, at her home.
Born October 15, 1929, in Noblesville, she was the daughter of James and Elizabeth (Lovell) Morris.
She graduated from Noblesville High School in 1947. She was a nursing assistant, retired from Dunn Memorial Hospital, and was a volunteer for the Hoosier Uplands Safer Program in Mitchell. She was a Jehovah’s Witness.

Her parents; brothers, James, John, Ted, Raymond, Russell Leo, David, Lloyd, and Jerry Morris; and sister, Louise Martin, preceded her in death.
Memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at the Mitchell Kingdon Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses with Bob Nilson and Steve Steuer officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Chastain Funeral Home and from noon until the service on Wednesday at Kingdom Hall.
