MITCHELL – Paula Marie Kreilein, 60, passed away Wednesday, October 6, 2020, at Monroe Hospital in Bloomington.
Born February 6, 1960, in Hamilton County, she was the daughter of Rev. Paul and Wilma (Sharp) Mayfield.
Paula was a veteran of the U. S. Army and Indiana National Guard.

Her father and brother, Everett Franklin Mayfield, preceded her in death.
Following cremation, burial will be in Mt. Zion United Methodist Cemetery at Lanesville.
