The people who have worked beside him over the years have always been caring and professional when dealing with emotional issues and public relations. As changes emerge in the industry Albert and Elizabeth have updated their approach to dealing with these new expectations. Highly recommended and I thank them and their families for their service.

Provided the necessary services needed. Provided streaming so my father could watch. He was unable to attend due to health conditions. Made sure to list the necessary things we needed to do to be fully prepared for my mothers funeral. Making sure we will receive the necessary documents to deal with the paperwork after a loss. I know at the end of the day it’s a business like other kinds of businesses. But they spent the time and gave us the knowledge needed to deal with the things necessary to fully prepare for my mothers last visible day with us. I feel like they did a great job preparing her for this time. She looked very good and i think she would have been happy as we were with the results. We loved her very much and are glad we chose their services.

My father passed away suddenly in Louisville and I contacted Chastise Funeral home at 1@ Mr James Freeman answered I was crying and trying to explain my father had passed and that we we’re at U ofL he said I will take care of everything rest and I will call you in morning. He came picked up my dad and from that moment Nr Freeman felt like he was a member of my family he was caring extremely helpful above any staff member I have ever dealt with . Yesterday we laid my grandmother to rest. This was the second time we have used Chastain — we did when my grandpa passed as well. Albert & his team did a great job in a short time (less than 48 hours) getting everything ready, and they are always so kind and helpful to the family and guests.
