MITCHELL — Tommy Dean Wagner, 54, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born February 16, 1962, in Bedford, he was the son of Shirley (Tolliver) Webster.  He married Bonita Gay Tow June 26, 1981.

Tommy was a member of IBEW Local 1393, and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.

    I had not seen Kelly and Matt since the early 70's and I only knew Tommy slightly but knew other members of his family. The last time I spoke to him, about 2007 I think, he was having some health issues. I am so sorry to his family for your loss. I will keep all your family in my thoughts and prayers.
