MITCHELL – Amy Jane Beckett, 65, passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019, at her residence.
Born June 30, 1954, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Calvin and Beatrice (Case) Mundy. She married William “Herb” Beckett August 30, 1986, and he preceded her in death.
Amy was a lab technician and worked for Purdue Diagnostic Lab. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1972.

Her parents and siblings, Joe Mundy, Linda Kay Asbery, Jerry Mundy, Violet May Mundy, and Richard Mundy, preceded her in death.
Cremation was chosen with a graveside service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 30, at Lawrenceport Cemetery followed by a gathering at Carpenter Banquet Hall.
