BEDFORD – Andrew Joseph DeYoung, 28, passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at his residence.

Born September 10, 1987, in Portsmouth, Virginia, he was the son of Joesph Ralph and Doreena Lee (Jenkins) DeYoung.

Andrew was formerly employed at the Bloomington Meadows Hospital and attended City Church in Bloomington.
