MITCHELL Annas Marie Spradlin Hall, 78, Mitchell, passed away at 5: 15 a.m. Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County, Paoli.
Born March 20, 1930, in Hope, Arkansas, she was the daughter of William Taft and Georgia Etta (Bradford) Osborne. She married James Franklin Spradlin, Sr. December 10, 1946, and he preceded her in death September 29, 1977. Her next marriage was to Lloyd Hall December 18, 1982, and he passed away March 14, 1986.
She was a licensed practical nurse and had been employed at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County for 35 years. She was of the Baptist faith.

Her parents; both husbands; son, James Franklin, Jr.; and brother, Clyde Osborne, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 21, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Bechtel officiating. Burial will be in Spice Valley Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
