Karen, Joy and Tim, I am sorry to hear of Basil's passing. When I think of Basil and the years that i knew him as a neighbor and as a father to one of my best childhood friends, a few words come to mind... talented, humble, caring, friendly and kind.. He was certainly a special man and I am sure will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Heaven gained a kind, talented carpenter recently, Im sure the good Lord is smiling!

Mr. Basil was a wonderful man and cherished friend. Even though he was only 7 years older than me, I looked up to him and loved him just like a Father. He was my buddy. I will miss him very very much.
