MITCHELL – Billy Joe Hauger, 74, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born February 15, 1942, in Campbellsburg, he was the son of Loren and Lottie (Shrum) Hauger.

Billy retired from Manheim Car Auction. He was a U. S. Army veteran.

Barbara Gilbert of Mitchell

His parents, and siblings, Carolyn Elliott, Margaret Morris, Doris Scott, Lee Hauger, Michael Hauger, and twin sister, Betty Jo Hauger, preceded him in death.

Cremation was chosen with burial at a later date at Kansas Church of Christ Cemetery.

Burial was at noon on Friday, November 18, 2016.

I used to live on Grant Line Rd. next door to Bill when we were kids, and I've often wondered what happened to him and his family. I hope he had a good life and I extend my condolences to all his survivors.
