Brenda Sue Baker, you will be dearly missed. I remember when and Raymond would come visit us you all drove all the way from Indiana to Texas , I will say that there was never a time that you showed up that you were not dressed to impress. Haha your hair not even a strand out of place. We went straight to the kitchen talked and laughed for hours while you were prepping to make your delicious pies. I am so grateful, I was able to go visit you. Rest in peace and pain-free Our Angel

Brenda was like a mom to me for 32 years. She lived life to the fullest. She sewed and quilted many gifts for everyone. Randy and I have made numerous snack runs to the nursing home. Whether it be a Suoer Burger, a Frosty or puff corn and twinkies. She always said she was gonna owe us a fortune, and I would tell her that she raised an amazing son, so we were even. I will forever cherish the time spent with her. Rest easy Mom Brenda. I love you and will see ya later. Kristi Kaye

Way too many memories prior to 2000. Back when my mom was a mom. There were patchwork flannel gowns the song coat of many colors reminds me of. Family dinners. A quilt she made for me. I still have the one she made me in 1981 for Minnesota- it's falling apart but it's still warm. 1 memory - "make sure you make your brother some lunch" that poor boy survived that summer on potato wedges in the fry daddy and grilled cheese sandwiches in sandwich maker. Of course these were all back when my mom acted like a mom. I will miss you but that's no different than the last 24 years. I already cried my tears trying to still be your daughter. People may say I am wrong for this post but you know the family I come from say what you got to say and if no one else likes it then so be it. I love you Mom. Fly high with Gran, Papa Alva and Dad.
