MITCHELL – Candi Lynn Miller, 50, passed away Monday, April 24, 2023, at her residence.
Born July 28, 1972, in Bedford, she was the daughter of William Ezra and Lana Darlene (Turpin) Miller.
Candi was a 1992 graduate of Mitchell High School and a member of the Mitchell Wesleyan Church. She worked as a waitress at Mamma’s and Pappa’s. Candi was a member of the Bedford Boat & Sportsmen’s Club. She loved going to the movies, and enjoyed true crime documentaries and horror movies. She loved fall and the Halloween season. Candi’s grandkids were her life. She was a hard worker and loved doing the work.
Surviving are her children, Zachary Earl (Megan) Rudolph of Mitchell, Taylor Rayne (Brandon Phelix) Rudolph of Bedford, and Skylar Jaid Rudolph of Mitchell; grandchildren, Gabriel Wood, Ruby Rudolph, Ellie Rudolph, and Isla Rudolph; brother, Larry (Christine) Miller of Mitchell; parents, William Ezra Miller and Lana Darlene Miller, both of Mitchell; and maternal grandmother, Vera Jeanette Turpin of Mitchell.
Her maternal grandfather, John Earl Turpin, and paternal grandparents, William Ezra Miller and Anna Anita Miller, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 29, at the Mitchell Wesleyan Church with Pastor Steve Jones officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the church.
