MITCHELL – Charles David Woodard, 74, passed away at 12:55 p.m. Sunday, October 18, 2015, at his residence.
Born May 17, 1941, in Keokee, Virginia, he was the son of Earl Truman and Hannah (Setzer) Woodard.
He had been employed in the carpet cleaning business.

His parents; brothers, Silas, Paul, and Roy Woodard, and an infant sister, Georgia Woodard, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 21, at Province Funeral Home in Pennington Gap, Virginia with Paul Davis, Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Woodard Cemetery at Keokee, Virginia.
Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
