BEDFORD Charles Charlie Turner, Jr., 49, Bedford, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2009, at his residence.

Born December 2, 1959, in Bedford, he was the son of Charles and Karen Josephine (Tuddy) Turner, Sr.
