BEDFORD – Clyde Leland Shirley, 70, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at his residence.

Born December 18, 1945, in Leipsic, he was the son of Charles Leland and Virginia Mae (Hall) Shirley.  He married Kathy Roach September 4, 1999

Clyde retired from RCA with 33 years of service.  He was a member of Fraternal Order of the Eagles No. 654, Loyal Order Moose Lodge No. 1085, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren and fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Georgia Duncan, Linda Crawford, Carolyn Wessell, Harold, Eugene, Bill, and Jim Shirley.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Carlton Cemetery with Pastor Johnny Johnson officiating.  A memorial service will be conducted by the Fraternal Order of  Eagles No.654.

Friends may call from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
