MITCHELL – Connie Lou Blackwell, 69, passed away Tuesday evening, December 27, 2016, at her residence.
Born February 8, 1947, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Denzil G. and Orpha Louise (Horner) Blackwell.
Connie retired from RCA with 33 years of service. She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1965.

Her parents preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at Mitchell Cemetery with Pastor Ronnie McLain officiating. There is no scheduled visitation.
