MITCHELL – Constance Sue Terry, 80, passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021, at her residence.

Born April 11, 1941, Bedford, she was the daughter of Edwin Frank and Ruth Mae (Alexander) Arnold. She married Harold Dean Terry April 12, 2002.

Connie was a licensed practical nurse and had been employed at Orange County Hospital and Bedford Medical Center. She was a member of the Church of God and a 1959 graduate of Mitchell High School. Connie was an avid bowler and enjoyed golf and line dancing.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Sunday, October 3, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Brenda Denen officiating. Private graveside service will be at Burton Cemetery on Monday, October 4.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.

    I remember the very first Arnold family reunion golf outing. Connie was there along with so many of the Arnold family. It was one of the best days ever. Those of us that knew Connie were blessed. I know she will be missed. She will finally see her daddy and mother again. Oh what a reunion that must be!!!
