Dave and I spent many years together from 1st grade, Mitchell High School and Purdue. Many good memories with him and his family. Friends never stay in touch after school years and I'm sorry that lives get so busy that we lose track of one another. Rest in peace my friend. Sympathy to Daryl and all of Dave's family.

I have so many wonderful memories of my time with “Davey”. We were in the 1967 class at Mitchell H.S, roommates for a time at Purdue, he was Best Man at my wedding with Linda Clouse Sherwod, friends always. Distance kept us apart in our later years and I missed talking with him about all things Purdue. My sympathy to his family, especially his children, of which he was so proud.

David and I went to school together 8 years at Huron and finished our high school years at Mitchell. Our 4th grade class with Pearl Hayes as teacher, performed a skit and song for the PTO one night. Daivid was the star protraying Johnny Appleseed and he wore a sauce pan turned backwards on his head. My smpathy to the family. Netha

I always enjoyed his thoughts and his meanings in and on the Bible. Communion was a 'Special' day each month for me. HIS WORDS made it REAL to me. Prayers to all families. God Bless You.
