MITCHELL Della Marie Knight, 71, Mitchell, formerly of Bedford, passed away at 11:47 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born November 24, 1938, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Ottis and Roxie Irene (York) Dixon. She married David Kent Knight July 10, 1963, and he preceded her in death August 19, 1996.
She had been employed at Dana Corporation and was a member of the Apostolic Faith Assembly in Bedford.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 13, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth Allen officiating. Burial will be in Spice Valley Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
