MITCHELL – Della Roxanne Valdes, 70, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born October 11, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of Charles and Edna (Miller) Estepp.
Della had been employed at Mitchell Manor as a certified nursing assistant. She loved playing bingo and being with her grandchildren.
