MITCHELL – Edward Lee Harvey, 80, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2018, at his residence.
Born July 24, 1938, in Peru, he was the son of Ernest and Katherine (Griffith) Harvey. He married Patsy Kay Blankenship April 28, 1963.
Ed retired from CSX Railroad. He was a member of Spice Valley Church of Christ and enjoyed music and shopping. Ed was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force.

His parents; daughter, Melissa Kay Clark; and siblings, Daniel Charles Harvey and Nancy Hawley, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Entombment will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ever-Rest Memorial Park in Logansport.
Friends may call from 3:00 p.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
