SHOALS – Eleanor Ann Goodwin, 82, passed away at 3:58 a.m. Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford.
Born June 27, 1932, in Oakland, California, she was the daughter of Milford and Frances (Ecklund) Goodwin.
Eleanor was a retired special education teacher and a member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.

Her parents preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 10, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Steve DeLong officiating. Entombment will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Friday and at the funeral home.
