MITCHELL Eva Kellams, 80, Mitchell, passed away at 2:25 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008, at Select Specialty Hospital, Beech Grove.
Born May 10, 1928, in Bedford, she was the daughter John Lester and Thelma Mae (Jenkins) Terry.
She was a homemaker and a wonderful mother.
She was a cook at Jack’s Lounge and retired in 1989. She was a member of the Mitchell Church of Christ.

Her parents; brother, Harry W. “Bud” Terry; and sisters, Linda Clipp and Joan Green, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 29, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Bro. Allen Burris officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Monday and from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
