BEDFORD – Faith Diane Staggs, 67, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021, at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born August 1, 1954, in Bedford, she was the daughter of Willis and Violet (Maginnas) Wessell.  She married Lannie Staggs in 1988.

Faith was a certified nursing assistant at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and retired with 35 years of service.  She faithfully attended the Mitchell First Church of God and was an avid PPW Wrestling fan.

Her parents and siblings, Willis Wessell, Jr., Gary Wessell, and Terry David Wessell, preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 12, at the Mitchell First Church of God with Dr. Robert C. Courson, Jr. officiating.  Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Thursday at the church.

    This is very ironic my mom and Diane used to say they would be a resident at westville when they passed and yes my mother also worked there for 35 years and passed there also Mom loved Diane just like her own she would not let anyone mistreat her.
