My thoughts and prayers to the Tyree family at this time. It's easy to say from the outside looking in...death has lost its power. I'm glad to know God has taken away Greg's pain and restored him. Greg, I want to thank you very much for the opportunity you afforded me in getting to become a safety professional. You changed my life in such a positive way and gave me such a great direction. I'm sorry I never got to properly thank you. I'm happy to know that God has another "safety professional" watching over us to keep us safe and another "cowboy" to round us up. As Greg used to like to say a lot," Rock on!" :)

Prayers to the Tyree Family. I have been a friend of Greg's since high school and have been friends ever since. I was with him when he met his wife, Tina. Worked with him 22 years at Visteon. Went on many adventures with him. Most of the jokes I know are from Greg. He was always there if I needed anything. Rest in Peace, you will be missed my friend. Class of 78 Alumni.

I always enjoyed my interactions with Greg when I was the Commander of CAAA. I remember him as a hard working, ethical, proud Hoosier who could be counted on to get the job done, every time. May God bless and keep his family in the palm of His hand as they deal with this great loss. Click, Bang, Freedom

I worked with and was Greg’s supervisor for many years. He was loyal and hard-working. Not sure I ever saw him upset as he was always positive and brought some good joy and levity to the office. Every day he had a joke or something funny to say and always found a way to have a smile on his face. I am truly sorry for your loss and my family’s thoughts and prayers are with you and yours.

I considered Greg a great big ole teddy bear with a heart of gold. He was always willing to help you understand what needed to be done if you wasn't in compliance with safety at work. He just helped and I was always grateful for his attitude working with me. I remember when his wife passed and it is comforting to know he will be with her now and free from pain. You will be missed.
