PORT CHARLOTTE, FLORIDA – Harold Wayne Trinkle, 65, formerly of Mitchell, passed away Monday, May 8, 2023, at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Born August 14, 1958, in Lawrence County, he was son of Leroy and Rita Trinkle.

Harold was a 1976 graduate of Mitchell High School. He was in automotive sales and loved being with his daughters and grandchildren.  Harold also had a passion for racing.

Survivors include his brother Jeff Trinkle, daughters, Jessica Hershberger, Pearl Trinkle, and Shayla Phillips; grandchildren, Carmen, Claire, Calvin, Carson, Natalie, David, Angel and Joseph.

His parents Leroy and Rita Trinkle preceded him in death.

Cremation has been chosen with burial at a later date.

    Harold, was such a fun happy classmate. I graduated with him and Jamie. And I also worked with him at Ford ( Visteon) in Bedford. But, we also shared the connection with the Mitchell Motor Sales. The Burton, Briscos and my sister and myself. Spent many hours there with their fathers and my Uncle Doc Tilford. Sending my sincere condolences and prayers to his daughters and the entire family.
