MITCHELL – Henry D. “Sonny” Leatherman, 67, Mitchell, passed away at 11:00 p.m. Monday, March 12, 2007, at his residence.
Born February 10, 1940, in Mitchell, he was the son of Carl and Lucille (Hopkins) Leatherman. He married Elsie Grissom March 9, 1965, and she preceded him in death February 21, 1989.
He retired from Paoli Inc.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:30 a.m. until the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
