BEDFORD – Jena Rhene Pursell, 60, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2020, at her residence.

Born June 26, 1960, in Mitchell, she was the daughter of Jim Pursell and Patricia (Henderson) Kindred.

Jena was a homemaker and loved to cook, clean, and care for her dog, Poochie.  She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, and loved her kids and grandkids.  She was also feisty.  Jena attended the Bedford Baptist Temple.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 17, at Mitchell Cemetery with Reverend Nathan Sharpe officiating. 

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Monday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
