Jennifer E. Green, 56, passed away March 4, 2024 at her home in St. Pete Beach, FL.
Born August 21, 1967 in Charleston, South Carolina, she was the daughter of Jerome and Kathrena Green, from Mitchell, now living in Cleveland, GA.
Jennifer attended North Georgia College. She was a Navy veteran, trained and served in radio and computer sciences. Her Navy skills were later used as a civilian in the computer industry.
Jennifer was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Parish in St. Pete Beach. She was a lover of the ocean, all water sports including sailing. Her love of the outdoors led to many trail hikes in the north Georgia Mountains near her parents’ home.
Surviving are her parents, Jerome and Kathrena Green, and one brother, Andrew Green of Sunbury, GA.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 22, at St. John Catholic Church in Loogootee with Father Kenneth Walker officiating. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
