MITCHELL  –  Kelly Gene Duncan, 53, passed away Friday, August 7, 2020, at Indiana University Health Hospice House in Bloomington.

Born August 2, 1967, in Paoli, he was the son of Michael Lee and Betty J. (Mounce) Duncan.

Kelly had been employed by the City of Mitchell.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 11, at Spice Valley Cemetery.
