BEDFORD – Kenneth Eugene Atchison, 77, formerly of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at his daughter’s residence.

Born December 30, 1941, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Hubert and Georgia (White) Atchison. 

Kenneth had been employed at Carpenter Body Works, Hughes Aircraft in California, and was district manager for Kocolene Oil Corporation.  He enjoyed fishing, squirrel and mushroom hunting, frog gigging, euchre, and NASCAR races.

Kenneth was U. S. Army veteran.

Graveside service will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday, June 7, at Bryantsville Church of Christ Cemetery with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.  Reverend Lewis Williams will officiate.
