Kenneth S. Albright
Age 85, Brownsburg, formerly of Mitchell, IN passed away Nov. 6, 2013.
He served in the US Air Force from 1947 to 1950, and he worked for GM Allisons, retiring in 1992. His retirement years were spent fishing, gardening and time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents Claude and Avenelle Albright, sister Pippie Beaver, and the love of his life, Delores “Lori” Albright.
Survivors include daughters: Ricki Albright of Phoenix, Arizona, Rhonda Gilbert of Brownsburg, Rebecca Waggoner of Pittsboro,and Robin Drew Swalley of Brownsburg; stepdaughters Patti Gillam of Indianapolis, Pam Drummond of Texas, Ruth Pruitt of Orleans, Susan Bridges of Mitchell, Rebecca James of Henderson, Tennessee, and Wendy Smith of Mitchell; brother Charles Albright of Linton; sisters Bert Dearinger of Greenwood, and Pam Black of Florida; and 21 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Graveside service will be ar 2:30 pm Fri. Nov. 8 at Cresthaven Memory Gardens with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
