Gary, Diane, Shelly and Steph, I hate to hear about Kermit. He had a good long life with Velma and you kids. He was such good friends with Teke and he valued Kermit's advice. He was a good presence in your lives and taught you a lot. I cherish the years we spent on Pleasant View Drive and having Carrie's closet friends close by. Sorry you had to put up with Jack and Sonny. Just thank God that you had him for so long. He is with Velma now and happy! Love you guys, Sissy

Steph,, I am sorry to hear the passing of Kermit. I loved going over to your mamaw and papaws. They were so kind and made me feel like family. I still see him walking his dog or the dog walking him down Main street. I will miss seeing him sitting out in his yard on a warm sunny day under the shade tree. Thinking of you all. Love and Hugs!!
