MITCHELL – Larry Morris Reed, Sr., 80, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020, at his residence.

Born July 31, 1940, in Bedford, he was the son of Morris Henry and Virginia Ellen (Chastain) Reed.  He married Teresa Kay Turpin May 19, 1962, and she preceded him in death October 25, 2009.

Larry retired from C&M Conveyor, Inc.  He was of the Christian faith and a member of Masonic Lodge No. 14 F.&A.M., Bedford York Rite, Scottish Rite Valley of Indianapolis, Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 654, and  Loyal Order of  the Moose Lodge No. 689.

Larry was a U. S. Navy veteran.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 24, at Mitchell Cemetery with Rob German officiating.

    Larey and I met many years ago then lost touch. But I never forgot him. Even tho I married and loved my husband very much,I never forgot him. Then 3 years ago we found each other again. But once again things happened.He was a great person and I will never forget him.

    Larry was one of the good ole' boys. I was fortunate to share his friendship for so many years as were so many. Prayers to the family.
