To the Family... we know how hard it is to lose a Father or Mother. Leroy was one of a kind. He was all about the community and the children of that community. I personally have fond memories of competing against his little league teams during my youth. A true competitor in every sense of the word. Leroy was also my brother in Masonry. He will truly be missed but never forgotten! Our condolences and Prayers go out to each family member. We will meet again my friend!
