ORLEANS Luella E. Chastain, 79, 6300 East 790 North, Orleans, (Leipsic Communtity) passed away at 4:15 a.m. Monday, January 26, 2009, at her residence.
Born April 13, 1929, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, she was the daughter of John Gardner and Mary Ruth (Hoke) Crane. She married George T. Chastain November 25, 1948.
She had been employed at Trav-Ler Radio Corporation and was secretary for Chastain TV Sales and Service. Luella was a member of the Leipsic United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 31, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Dunbar officiating. Burial will be in Livonia Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:30 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
