MITCHELL Marjoria F. Martin, 81, passed away at 6:42 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.

Born March 26, 1930, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Henry and Ophia (Tincher) Hunsucker. She married Robert Wayne Martin January 26, 1947, and he preceded her in death February 12, 2007.

She had been employed Green’s Drive In, Noe’s Chicken House and the Red Rooster. Marge was a member of Bono United Methodist Church.

Tammy J. Jones, Mitchell
4 grandchildren
7 great grandchildren

Her parents; husband; grandson, Adam Martin; brother, Marshall Hunsucker; half-brother, Charles Hedrick; and half-sister, Geneva, preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, January 29, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Clark officiating. Burial will be in Talbott Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday and from noon until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.

    I'm so sorry for your loss. Bono won't be the same without your mom. I can't tell you how many times we were just passing thru and your mom would come outside to talk. What a special lady! My husband and I will miss those times.
