Maxine was a special friend to me. We met while working at Essex Group many years ago. She introduced me to the love of planting flowers. Starting with one small pot, she soon had me expanding to tubs and raised flower beds! We shared a lot of special times together and could spend hours talking about everything and anything. She offered her friendship, her wisdom and was always ready to listen and encourage. We shared laughter and tears and knew the other one was there to help us through whatever life sent us. Maxine will be greatly missed. She was a special lady and I was blessed to have her as a friend. My prayers will be with her family. May the memories you shared with Maxine comfort you and may God's peace fill your hearts.

Grandma, I will always cherish the memories I have of you. I want to remember you as full of fire and your kind heart when it was needed. Our family has not been the same for a very long time but I choose to remember the good times rather than the hard times. I will always love you in my heart....an one day I will see you again. Hope your hair is flaming red and you are wearing your white go go boots. I love you, Tonya
