Natalie, I know you dont know me but I worked with your father at Verizon. I worked in Jasper and was his assigner. I just heard of his passing today and am heart broken. He was a wonderful man. I can hear him laugh now at the silly things I would say to him. He was my bud. When he told me he was retiring, I cried and now I cry for him again. He talked about you all the time. He was so proud when you made him a grandpa !! He was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. You and the kids are in my prayers. I will leave you with this beautiful saying I read many years ago that has helped me thru the lose of a loved one...If I've learned anything down through the years, it's that nothing beautiful in this world is ever really lost - those we cherish and love so dearly, will always live on forever in our hearts and the memories. God bless you amd the kids !!

Throughout our years in high school Mike was always well-liked and respected. Never had a lot to say, never an ill word about others; always a happy smile on his face. He was one of the few who actualy deserved to be called a True Gentleman. There weren't many like him and he will be missed.

So sorry for your loss Natalie. We loved your dad so much. Time has past since we have seen your dad, but we talked about him often and wonderful of a man he was. Planning on coming Thursday to him one last time. God has another good man on his side. Again, we are so sorry, it sure is a great loss.

Sujane and Joe. probably didn't know i know live in tn.mike was always my best buddy.wherever you saw mike you saw me. in today's world the nutcases would probably talk about us we had a lot of fun over the years i know we worried your mom and dad and my dad a lot but that's what 2 mean boys are supposed to do. we never caused any trouble. i know on two occassions a girl was giving mike a hard time and i stopped the car between mitchell and bedford, let her out and drove off.one guy got banned from the car for picking on mike after mike beat him half to death. we had our moments and it was a joy to know mike and be able to serve your family for many years. not much else i can say but i'll always remember mike with great fondness sorry i couldn't be there. ed haverly clarksville,tn
