BEDFORD– Mona June Little, 83, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022, at Garden Villa in Bedford.

Born September 15, 1938, in Mitchell, she was the daughter of George and Sallie (Miller) Neal.  She married LeRoy Little April 16, 1957.

Mona retired from General Motors.  She graduated from Mitchell High School in 1956, and received an associate degree from Oakland City University-Bedford.  Mona was a member of Carters Creek Church.

Surviving:          husband, LeRoy Little of Bedford

                           daughter, Rejetta Boshears of Oolitic

                                 sons,  Jeff Little of Bloomington, Illinois

                   grandchildren, John Derek Boshears, Gretchen Noelle Taylor, and Rachel

                                           Olivia Boshears

          great grandchildren, Charlotte Boshears, Adeline Taylor, and Wendell Boshears

                             siblings, Shirley Ann Neal of Arnold, Missouri

                                           Sheila Faye Luther of Oolitic

                                           Ronnie Dee (Carol) Neal of Bedford

Her parents and siblings, Kenneth Neal, Georgia Gresham, Ada Rose Smith, Linda Lou Hale, and Mark Douglas Neal, preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 12, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Phillip McDonald officiating.  Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

    Mona was one of my Best Friends. I will Sadly miss her at least I got to See her when she was in garden villa. I am sorry for your family's loss, and I will be Praying for all your family's Healing.
