THE VILLAGES, FLORIDA — Norman Dean Atchison, 78, passed away July 30, 2014, in The Villages.
He was born July 23, 1936, in Lawrence County.
Norman was an air traffic controller at the Indianapolis Tower and was airport manager at Muncie and Terre Haute airports. He also worked for the Small Business Development Center at UF where he was a Senior Certified Business Analyst.
He was a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War.

His parents preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 7, at Port William Cemetery with military honors accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
