TEMPLE, TEXAS – Pauline Myers Horton, 70, Temple, Texas, formerly of Mitchell, passed away at 10:35 p.m. Monday, February 27, at Scott and White Hosptial, Temple, Texas.
Born June 29, 1935, in Fort Ritner, she was the daughter of Delos and Trellah (Brown) Myers.
She retired from the U. S. Postal Service, was a 1953 graduate of West Baden High School, and a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Her parents; sons: Glen Edward and Richard Leon Horton; sisters: Peggy Taylor, and her twin sister, Geraldine Myers, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home. Burial will be in Dixon Chapel Cemetery with military honors accorded by Cecil C. Martin American Legion Post No. 250 and Marvin R. Davis Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
Friends may call from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday and from 11:00 a.m. until the service on saturday at the funeral home.
