MITCHELL – Pollyanne Jones, 25, passed away at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at her residence.

Born April 3, 1987, in Louisville, Kentucky, she is the daughter of George T. and Lori (Greene) Boone.  She married Joseph W. Jones May 15, 2009.

Pollyanne was a homemaker.  She graduated in 2005 from Madison Consolidated High School and was pursuing an associate degree in psychology from Ivy Tech.

Her grandfather, Thomas Boone, preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Rev. Charles Elliott officiating.  Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

    My thoughts & Prayers Go out to George, Joe & her boys everyday from here on. I am soo very sorry for the hurt and pain you all have endured. Polly Is always with you. She loved you and her boys soo very much. I met miss Polly in the 2nd grade @ Jacob Elementary here in Louisville. She was one of a kind and one of the sweetest people I had the pleasure of knowing. We grew up together and no distance could come in between us. We will miss her so much until we meet again, but her spirit lives on in both Tommy and Tyler!

    I met Polly at school I was a jounior she was a freshman. I was "the new kid" just moved to Madison and she was one of the first people to talk to me. She made me feel welcomed and we became friends. Polly I will never forget when you and Amanda Stewart sang at the elite concert in high school. You both are very talented! Polly was a very sweet person and always smiling and happy. Very fun to be around. She is now with the Angels I miss you Polly.
