BEDFORD – Rebecca Ann Goldsberry, 74, formerly of Huron, passed away Friday, November 25, 2022, at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital.

Born November 18, 1948 in Bedford, she was the daughter of Willis and Naomi Faye (Watterson) Bowden. She married William George Goldsberry on April 4, 1969 and he preceded her in death May 11, 2010.

Rebecca retired after 30 years from CVS. She was a 1967 graduate of Mitchell High School. Rebecca was of the Christian Faith and a member of the Mitchell Outdoor Sportsman Club Auxillary.

Survivors include her son, William George Goldsberry, Jr. of Bedford; daughters, Wendy Ann (Michael) Reef of Bedford and Amy Michelle (Matthew) Doering of Springville; five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren

Her parents and husband preceded her in death.

Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 29, at Port Williams Cemetery.

    I spoke with Becky 2 weeks ago and she was her usual sweet self. I always enjoyed running into her at CVS. One of my favorite memories is when she, my sister Christine and I traveled local graveyards in Lawrence County working on our family genealogy. A few years later, Christine and I attended the 100th year celebration of the Huron Church of God with Becky. She was always so much fun to be with. She will be missed
