BEDFORDRobert H. Ray, 72, Bedford, passed away at 4:40 a.m. Sunday, May 9, 2010, at his residence.
Born May 22, 1937, in Bedford, he was the son of Daniel and Bertha (Phillippi) Ray. He married Sherry Grauerholz June 27, 2005.
He retired from GM Powertrain and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107 and Fraternal Order of the Eagles No. 654.

His parents and grandson, Benjamin Robert Ray, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Hillenburg officiating. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery.
