MITCHELL Ronnie “George” Kemple, 73, Mitchell, passed away at 2:00 a.m. Thursday, May 1, 2008, at his residence.
Born November 26, 1934, in Clark County, he was the son of Emmitt Eugene “Doc” Kemple and Florence Edith (Spencer) Sherman. He married Mildred Louise Mills July 23, 1955.
He retired from Dana Corporation and was a U. S. Navy veteran. He enjoyed collecting anything pertaining to Christmas.

His parents preceded him in death.
Funeral service will at 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 5, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Smetzer officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery with military honors accorded by Cecil C. Martin American Legion Post No. 250 and Marvin R. Davis Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
Friends may call from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Monday at the funeral home.
