MITCHELL – Roy “Buddy” Craig, 74, passed away at 1:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 20, 2015, at Garden Villa in Bedford.
Born February 4, 1941, in Lawrence County, he was the son of William Omer and Alice Claudine (Key) Craig. He married Joanna J. Taylor and she preceded him in death.
He had been employed at Craig’s Feed and Seed Store, and attended the Apostolic Christian Church.

His parents; wife; and siblings, William D. Craig, James A. Craig, Reva Langley, Teresa Diane Craig, Kevin Wayne Craig, and Eva Smith, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, October 23, at Haverly Funeral Chapel with Brother Johnny Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral chapel.
