BEDFORD Ruby Jane Hare, 77, passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021, at her residence.

Born October 10, 1944, in Pulaski, Virginia, she was the daughter of Samuel Andrew and Naomi Birdie (Lacado) Wall.  She married Paul Keith Hare June 17, 1967.

Ruby was a dedicated minister’s wife. She had a great smile and loved people, which gave her the nickname, “Sweet.”  Ruby enjoyed sewing.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Keith Hare of Bedford; daughter, Angela Hare of Bedford; and sister, Patty Sue Haight of Cleveland, Tennessee.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Cremation has been chosen with a Celebration of Life at a later date at Park Place Church of God in Bedford.

    I put Jane's on Paul page Ruby Jane was like a daughter, or sister to me. We loved to talk on messengler and on phone we talked over each other. She is my niece. I loved her so much. I miss her and always will. One of the nicest people everyone will agree.
