MITCHELL Samuel Turner, 75, Mitchell, passed away at 1:50 p.m. Friday, February 2, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born December 18, 1931, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Dewey and Ollie (Jeffreys) Turner. He married Barbara C. Janes August 26, 1972 and she survives.
He retired from the City of Mitchell.
