BEDFORD – Shannon Dwayne Roach, 49, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Redcrest Hospice House.

Born July 23, 1976, in Bedford, he was the son of Tracy Roach and Donna (Fancher) Snow.

Shannon was a 1994 graduate of Central Florida Academy in Orlando, Florida.  He worked for Mikels Signs as a graphic designer.  Shannon was very artistic; he enjoyed woodworking and making cornhole sets.  He enjoyed fishing in his spare time.  Shannon attended Fayetteville Baptist Church.

Surviving are his children, Christopher Roach of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Nicholas Roach of Summerville, South Carolina; mother, Donna Snow of Bedford; step-father, Kenneth Snow of Bedford; and sister, Michelle (Eric) Ernst of St. Cloud, Florida.

His father and brother, Christopher Roach, preceded him in death.

Private service will be held with burial in Fairview Cemetery.

    I have known Shannon for 20 plus years I remember when he bought a street bike i was with him and I had to drive his Mazda truck that was a 5 speed with a hell of a system in it I had never driven a 5 speed before and we were in Bloomington so he gave me a 5 second crash course I drove around Bloomington while he was riding his bike we were in Bloomington for a few hours before coming back to his house I was a pro at driving a 5 speed when we got back. I have so many memories of Shannon. There were times when all 3 Shannon's were together trying to pick up girls they would ask our names ans we all said Shannon. they did not believe us till we all showed our ID.I know we have not talked for a long time I wish we could have before this .Rest in peace love ya bro until we meet again .

    Shannon was my cousin ,I remember when he was born i was 15 years old when he was born. Over the years we would run into each other from time to time and talk about family. I wish I had been able to have gotten to know him alot better and meet his kids ,we were alot alike .He will be missed 😢
